Refurbishment
Appointed by the main contractor, Wyse 2 project managed the major refurbishment for the Holiday Inn Shepperton, including all bedrooms rooms and suites, gym, and SPA areas.
Services included reporting to the hotel owners Kew Green and their project manager, working with the hotel management team during the refurbishment process, and managing the project with the contractor site manager.
Refurbishment of 280 bedrooms over 2 phases
The hotel was open and trading during the refurbishment
