From the business planning and strategy phase to developing five unique sites. Hop Vietnamese launched in 2015 in the City of London. Wyse 2 was retained as an advisor to the brand and worked with the founder to launch the first Hop QSR store in Finsbury Avenue Square Broadgate. A further four stores were launched over the next three years growing the estate to a meaningful presence in the City of London.
